The Industrial and Technology Park

O-SECUL NIGERIA LIMITED an indigeneous project promoter and developer is promoting the the development of an industrial and technology park, to be located at Aladja,Udu local government area of Delta state - Nigeria.

One of the key strategies for the  industrial park will be to  have common utilities / facilities such as Electricity, Portable and Industrial water, Waste Management, Access Roads, Modern Security Surveillance, Maintenance, Medical & Training Centres, ICT facilities etc. Expected to attract a Foreign Direct Investment of about USD 2 - 3 billion, projected direct job creation for about 3000 – 4000 people, the industrial park will be implemented with a phased approach to accommodate a number of process plant and Information Technology setups.

Location and Accessibility

The Industrial Park is strategically located - A rail track connecting the area to the heart of the Northern part of the country is about 90% completed.

There is a sea port located about 5Km from the Industrial Park,a private  harbor/jetty along the Warri river will also serve the Industrial Park. There is gas plant about 7Km and an airport 5km from the Industrial Park
