Our Achievements

The company has acquired for the 1st phase development over 1000 acres of land to accommodate the following industries-  IPP (Power Generation), Fertilizer Plants (Ammonia and Urea), Methanol Plant, Tissue Paper Plant and  Ethanol Plant, among others. with more room for expansion into the second phase, plans are on for further acquisition of additional acreage for the second and third phases.

A 20year Gas Sales and Purchase Agreement has been signed with the Nigerian Gas Company in December 2008 for gas supply to the site. Discussion are in conclusive stages for pipeline construction to the site.
